If you feel you are not able to access some online content quite often, the first thing you do is to check if the resource itself is unavailable or you have been blocked from accessing it. Once you've figured it out, you try and use alternate means to access it. No matter how much you deny this unethical behavior, everybody does it for sure ;) That's the reason the Proxy sites exist and survive.
There is a long list of Proxy sites available on net. Most of them offer free services. I may list them in some other post. For now, I would like to share a site that is free and lets you access sites which otherwise you may not have access to.
